About the Client

Our client is an entrepreneur selling their own products through the Amazon platform. They had basic Meta Ads campaigns in place, but the results were underwhelming — high CPC, low-quality traffic, and no systematic optimization approach.

The Request

Increase the number of clicks and conversations, reduce user acquisition cost, and bring campaigns to a stable performance level — to allow for scalable Amazon sales.

What We Did

1. Ad Account Analysis & Audit

  • We analyzed existing campaigns: CTR was below 2%, and CPC was over $0.40 — which meant the budget was being wasted.
  • We identified key issues: weak creatives, no audience segmentation, and ad fatigue due to repeated impressions.

2. Creative Development & Testing

  • We created new visuals focused on the product (short videos + benefit-driven photos).
  • Clear CTAs were added: “Buy now on Amazon,” “Order today,” “See details.”
  • We launched A/B tests with multiple variants to identify top performers.

3. Campaign Optimization

  • Launched campaigns using ABO (manual budget allocation) and CBO (automated budget allocation).
  • Removed irrelevant interests and optimized ad frequency.
  • Increased bids for best-performing ad sets — achieving CTRs of 6–9%+.

4. Remarketing

  • We launched campaigns targeting users who clicked but didn’t convert.
  • These included different messages — highlighting benefits and product advantages.
