We set up a comprehensive advertising strategy (Search, CMS, Discovery, YouTube), optimized the site and creatives, reducing the cost of registration to $7.7 with a target of $10. Every tenth registration is transferred to a paid package, which ensures stable profit and return on investment.

About the Project

Finmap is a SaaS service for business financial management. The platform helps entrepreneurs and companies track cash flow, plan expenses, and control profits.

Tasks

The client approached us with the need to attract users to a free trial period with an estimated registration cost of no more than $10. It was important to ensure not only the number of registrations but also subsequent sales of paid packages.

What We Did

  • Google Ads: set up search campaigns for hot queries (“financial management for business,” “online accounting service”), as well as Display Network, Discovery, and YouTube for additional reach.
  • Google Analytics: connected tracking for leads and conversions.
  • Creatives: prepared banners for the Display Network and video ads showcasing the service’s advantages.
  • Website Audit: provided recommendations to improve conversion (CTAs, landing page structure, trust blocks).
  • Landing Page: created a dedicated page for the financial audit service as an additional entry point.
  • Optimization: conducted monthly campaign analysis and reallocated the budget toward the most effective channels.

Challenges and Solutions

  • Not all registrations converted into paid packages → we started tracking effectiveness in terms of final sales, not just CPL.
  • High competition among SaaS services → used niche keywords and creatives emphasizing simplicity and time savings, as well as additional offers (audit).
