How we sold 70% of apartments in two sections of the Resident Hall residential complex in Lviv
It is almost impossible to sell apartments in a new residential complex without advertising: the market in Lviv is competitive, and the trust of buyers is formed not only by price, but also by communication. When the developer of Resident Hall approached us, there was practically no information about the complex on the Internet – only visualizations of future sections. Our task was to launch marketing “from scratch”: create a website, set up traffic channels, prepare creatives and build a system that brings applications from the first month.
