It is almost impossible to sell apartments in a new residential complex without advertising: the market in Lviv is competitive, and the trust of buyers is formed not only by price, but also by communication. When the developer of Resident Hall approached us, there was practically no information about the complex on the Internet – only visualizations of future sections. Our task was to launch marketing “from scratch”: create a website, set up traffic channels, prepare creatives and build a system that brings applications from the first month.

About the Project

The client is a comfort-class residential complex Resident Hall in Lviv. At the start of our cooperation, construction had only just begun, and there was little information online about the new complex. Selling apartments without promotion would have been difficult, so the client approached us for a comprehensive advertising launch.

  • Launch a full-scale advertising campaign from scratch.
  • Create a website for the residential complex to collect inquiries and calls.
